Our office is conveniently located in Collinsville on Highway 159,
just one mile south of the Highway 55/70 interchange.

WINTER WEATHER POLICY: If the weather is bad enough to close local schools, it is possible that we may also have trouble reaching the office. On those days, please call to confirm that we are open before coming for your appointment. If bad driving conditions prevent us from reaching work by the usual time, we will call and reschedule all missed appointments as soon as possible.
